Private Offices Available in Toowoomba

Are you ready to start 2023 with a brand new private office in Toowoomba?

Well your in luck 🥳🥳🥳 we have private offices available at Ko Kollective and Emerald Kove.

Whether you're just starting your business or have been in the game for a while our spaces are beautifully fitted out to help you get the best out of your day. Heres a few things that we do differently at Ko Spaces.

  1. We care. The most important thing to me as a business owner is to see our members exceed, to see them grow and gain the freedom that they desired and work so hard for. Over the last almost 5 years I have seen so many businesses outgrow our space and you might think its a bad thing but to us its a beautiful feeling knowing that our space was where it all started.
  2. We have onsite admin at both location from 9am to 3pm we find that those are the most important hours to better serve you, during that time you come first. (ok, you always come first) but we're there for you.
  3. You get access 24/7 to the space
  4. You can design your office how ever you like, put as many things on the wall as you like. Its your home away from home so we want you to feel happy and at peace with your surroundings

I could go on and on but hopefully you can see that at Ko Spaces you're like family to us and we're there to support you, your staff and your visitors. You certainly matter to us and your not just a number.

Now do you want to hear the fun and exciting things that are included when you have a private office at Ko Spaces?
Well I am going to tell you anyway.

  1. Free car parking 🥳🥳 I put this up the top as its usually the 1st question that we get. Both spaces offers free car parking for you, your staff and your visitors.
  2. You get unlimited Boardroom and Meeting Room access (within reason) this saves you a lot of money and being able to have access means you never have to keep your space clean for clients you can be as messy as you like!
  3. We can't have you going thirsty or hungry so we provide free tea, coffee and water. We also have on hand snacks for the afternoon slump for a small fee.
  4. Mail delivery, business address is included too.
  5. WIFI, electricity and anything else in between is also included.

The things that aren't included are printing, you can scan for free but you will be charged to print and building signage, this is a once off fee of $200.

So, are you ready to start 2023 in your brand new Private Office? Now comes the hard part of choosing which location you prefer. Will you choose Emerald Kove our brand new location that has over 20 private offices and offers a professional but homely feel or will you choose Ko Kollective that has 15 private offices and has that industrial but funky cool feel?

Creating a healthy and vibrant workplace is crucial for well-being and productivity. One simple yet highly effective way to enhance your work space is by incorporating plants in the office. Not only do they add a touch of nature to your environment, but they also bring a lot of health benefits. Let's explore the best office plants that can transform your work space into a healthy and green oasis. Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata): Known for its air-purifying qualities, the snake plant is a low-maintenance choice that thrives in low light conditions. It releases oxygen at night, making it an excellent addition to your office space for improved air quality. Spider Plant (Chlorophytum comosum): This resilient plant is renowned for its ability to remove common indoor pollutants. Its arching leaves and offshoots create a visually appealing display, making it a popular choice for desks and communal areas. Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum): The peace lily is not only aesthetically pleasing but also an efficient air purifier. It thrives in low light and helps combat mold spores, making it a perfect choice for shared workspaces. ZZ Plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia): If you're looking for a virtually indestructible plant, the ZZ plant is your go-to. It can tolerate low light, irregular watering, and neglect. Its glossy, dark green leaves add a touch of elegance to any workspace. Aloe Vera: Beyond its well-known healing properties, aloe vera is an excellent indoor plant. It requires minimal care and is effective in removing pollutants from the air. Place a small aloe vera on desks to promote a calming and soothing atmosphere. Incorporating these plants into your space not only enhances the visual appeal but also contributes to a healthier and more productive work environment. So, go ahead, bring the outdoors in, and let your workspace grow with the liveliness of greenery. You and your team will be thankful for it! So, which plant are you going to start with?
